These terms and conditions are applicable to the AI Image Detector - ImgDetect app (hereafter referred to as "Application") designed for mobile devices by Right Tracts IT Limited (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically consent to the terms outlined below. It is highly recommended that you read and comprehend these terms fully before using the Application.
Unauthorized duplication, alteration of the Application, any portion of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly forbidden. Any efforts to access the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or develop derivative versions are not allowed. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights pertaining to the Application remain owned by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to making the Application as helpful and effective as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to change the Application or impose charges for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider promises that any fees associated with the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application collects and processes personal information you have provided to the Service Provider to offer the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations set by your device's official operating system. These actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, harmful programs, compromise your phone's security features, and could lead to the Application not functioning properly or at all.
Please note that the Service Provider does not accept responsibility for certain factors. Some features of the Application necessitate an active internet connection, which can be provided via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if the Application does not work at full capacity due to a lack of Wi-Fi or if you have used up your data allowance.
If you are utilizing the application outside of a Wi-Fi zone, please recognize that your mobile network provider's terms of agreement still apply. As a result, you might incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while connected to the application, or other third-party fees. By using the application, you agree to take responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data fees if you access the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without deactivating data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which the application is being used, it is assumed that you have secured permission from the bill payer.
Likewise, the Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for how you utilize the application. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device depletes its battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held accountable.
Regarding the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is essential to understand that while they aim to keep it updated and accurate at all times, they depend on third parties for information provided to them to make available to you. The Service Provider bears no liability for any loss, whether direct or indirect, that you might encounter from relying exclusively on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider might decide to update the application at some point. The application is currently accessible based on the operating system requirements (as well as any additional systems they choose to expand its availability to), which may change, and downloading updates will be necessary if you wish to continue using it. The Service Provider does not assure that the application will always be updated to remain relevant to you and/or compatible with the specific version of the operating system installed on your device. Nevertheless, you agree to accept any updates to the application when they are offered. The Service Provider may also decide to stop providing the application and can terminate its use at any time without advance notice. Unless they communicate otherwise, upon any termination, (a) your rights and licenses granted under these terms will cease; (b) you must stop using the application and (if required) remove it from your device.
The Service Provider may update their Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, it is recommended that you review this page frequently for any updates. The Service Provider will inform you of any changes by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on this page.
